Counselling: I provide adult individual counselling.
Remote Counselling: All counselling services are provided remotely via phone or Zoom.
Mindfulness Meditation: I offer an eight week introductory mindfulness meditation program for adults. Each session includes a talk and lots of time to practice. We discuss such topics as the nature of our minds, suffering and well-being; the benefits of generosity; working with emotions; cultivating positive social-emotions (i.e., loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity), and how awareness is integral to our personal and societal well-being.
